Personally, I think the current state of the union is significantly due to long years of domination by your new slate partners. However, I shall still vote for candidates. Incidentally, it has just occurred to me that, if we hadn’t had the pay and contract reform, I would have been on the same rate of pay now anyway (after the 1.4% increase to cover the minimum wage). Furthermore, overtime would be at a higher rate than it is now.
