PCS elections 2016: Mapping a way forward

We face a further jobs cull that will leave the remaining staff working in increasingly stressful conditions whilst suffering extreme restraint on pay.

The incoming NEC must urgently commence consultation with members on the best way of responding whilst learning the negative lessons of the current NEC: no more one day strikes followed by months of inactivity; of undue reliance on unreliable leaders of other unions; of spin replacing proper accounting.
